Changing Your Inner Critic To Your Inner Coach

What you tell yourself, you believe

Sometimes it’s only by reflecting that we can make sense of things. We operate a large proportion of the time on autopilot, running subconscious routines and this can sometimes work for or against us.

Recently, I recall what a client said in a coaching session,

“What if I’m not good enough to do this? Every day I doubt my decisions, my thinking and have no idea what I’m actually doing. What can I do to break this cycle and start getting more clients?”
