Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our products and services, which include; downloadable videos, digital documents, worksheets and tools, and/or streaming videos, online memberships and subscriptions, as well as live events and client interactions both online and face to face, as a rule and unless otherwise stated in the terms of purchase for any particular product or service, all fees payable and due are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Downloadable Products

Our digital information products are delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved and payment processed via our secure online payment gateway, your order will be processed and a confirmation email and download link will be sent to you. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Users are permitted a reasonable number of downloads from our server, however, download abuse is not permitted and we reserve the right to terminate the User’s access to our download servers when abuse is detected.

Waiver of Cooling-off Period

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, under international Consumer Contract Regulations, Digital Downloads are not classified as goods or services and are given their own unique category and because our online products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

As such, when purchasing a digital or downloadable product from our website, you expressly agree to waive the seven (7) to fourteen (14) day cooling-off period, whichever applies to the Consumer Protection Act in your territory, before being permitted to download purchased content. If for any reason such cooling off period may apply, you accept that any digital content will not be accessible, or downloadable by you, until such cooling off period has expired.

Faulty Downloads

If your digital download is faulty or unfit for the use intended, please notify us and we will endeavour to rectify and replace the faulty product as quickly as possible.

Memberships and Subscriptions

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to the Services at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Services throughout your pre-paid Subscription Period. We do not provide refunds, right to return for a purchased subscription, credits for any partially used subscription or unused User Account, or by reason of your dissatisfaction with the Services. As the subscription gives you access to the Services (which are digital and not provided via a physical medium) instantaneously after the purchase, Impactful Today does not offer a right of return (such as refunding the subscription fee). To cancel your Subscription, go to my subscription link on your dashboard when logged in on your User Account and follow the instructions for cancellation.

Details of how you can manage your Membership or Subscription account and payment options will be available in the customer onboarding training. 

Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before your next payment is due, will be processed the following month. (i.e. after the next payment is made)

Recurring Billing

When purchasing a Membership or Subscription service, you are authorizing Impactful Today Ltd. to charge your approved credit card each month for the fee agreed to, over the term of your Membership or Subscription or until your Membership or Subscription expires or is cancelled. You will be notified by email. It is your responsibility to check your emails and to ensure that our email is added to your safe list.

You can manage your recurring payment options in your User Account or you can send a request to support via our helpdesk page.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on Membership or Subscription services already provided or currently being provided.

Extended Membership or Subscription services paid for in advance, where a discount on the Monthly fee has been provided, are non-refundable.

Online Courses and Programmes

Online Courses and Programmes we provide are delivered over an extended period of time (I.e. over a number of months) and may include downloadable content, live online events (E.g. Webinars), access to restricted member areas, interactive forums and other content. These Courses and Programmes are sold as a package and participation cannot be cancelled and no refunds are permitted once the Course content has been accessed or downloaded (partially or entirely) or the Programme has commenced, whichever applies.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on Courses or Programmes already provided or currently being provided.

Coaching Contracts

Private Coaching and Transformational Sessions

Private Business Coaching and Transformational contracts exceeding are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for Coaching or Transformational Services already provided or currently being provided.
