The key difference is that on premium you are getting an AI accountability coach that interacts with your daily.
You can set goals and receive coaching on a range of areas including goals / self care.
This may not be for everyone which is why it’s on a separate plan.
How is my data used and is this GDPR compliant?
There is no training of any AI model based on information provided.
All data is stored in EU-based servers securely.
Data is also encrypted using SSL and access control mechanisms are in place to limit access.
All user data is also anonymized and so the AI coach interacts based on unique IDs tied to topics so that personal information such as name, gender etc are not involved. The conversations are purely topic focused.
Is this just another ChatGPT system?
While ChatGPT is a general-purpose AI, your AI Growth Coach is built specifically for personal and business development. It uses coaching psychology, goal tracking, and habit-building techniques to help you grow consistently.
While some of the basic AI assistants in the toolkit library such as the social media brainstorming assistant for example mainly draw on OpenAI, this premium AI coach doesn’t.
